The 2018 Mobile World Congress kicked off Sunday and the headliner definitely is the Galaxy S9 with its dual aperture camera. Other great news: Sony's hardware gets a much-needed redesign and Nokia adopts a winning software strategy. OnePlus, on the other hand, suffers another blow.
